This role consists of a Commercial Account Manager, French Speaking consist of managing customer relationships, while driving renewals and recognising opportunities to expand the success with customers. This is a remote position available throughout Canada in the Toronto offices. Be ready to start off immediately.
Job Role and Responsibilities
The Commercial Account Manager, French speaking will manage customer relationships within a designated territory, driving product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling Procore’s product suite.
You will also have to communicate with cross-cultural teams, and retain precise forecasts while using sales force to manage information of the account. Additional roles include:
- Addressing client issues
- Executing service agreements
- Remaining informed about competitors to effectually communicate their values of Procore.
Qualifications Required for the Job
The role demands the potential candidate to be fluent in English and French. A BA or a BS degree is expected or equal experience. The candidate should have more than five years of experience in successful B2B software sales. They should also possess a sales approach that is based on solutions and expertise in pipeline management and forecasting.
If you are familiar with CRM systems in the context of Salesforce.com and revenue of past sales, it is highly oreffered.
