The Company Four Three Seven  is looking for a Wholesale & Product Specialist as a growing active wear company that focuses on quality products getting delivered to you with easy going customer service experiences. This role consists of aiding inventory management and buying wholesale.  

Job Responsibilities

As a Wholesale & Product Specialist, these are the following responsibilities you will have, which includes:

  • Managing the process of wholesale with organisation and effective communication.
  • Working together with Wholesale Managers and making purchases
  • Maintaining the SKUs and PLM system with consistent organisation.
  • Giving updates on the process of design for team alignment
  • Helping whole sale partners with maintain and creating line sheets
  • Being able to clearly communicate any changes to products with team members effectively.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices for wholesale accounts.
  • Helping with different tasks related to products.
  • Working closely with the team in order to improve inventory processes.
  • Helping out with operational tasks to make sure the work flow is smooth.
  • Giving support to improve the process and wholesale operations.

Qualifications

The qualifications a potential candidate applying for the position of Wholesale & Product Specialist must have the following:

  • A diploma or a degree in business or supply chain management
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in wholesale or similar roles.
  • Possessing robust organisational skills and the ability to multitask while paying attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be a highly determined and self-motivated individual that is able to also work independently.
  • The ability to solve problems and able to recognise areas for improvements.
