They are back with a Linkin Park setlist and they mean business. This time Emily Armstrong will be stepping into be the lead singer since the death of former frontman Chester Bennington on Wednesday night at L.A.’s Kia Forum.
Linkin Park Show at the Forum
This will be a very short international tour they will be embarking on with a Linkin Park setlist for fans. They did announce the setlist last week and it is set with a list of 27 songs they will be performing.
The Forum show includes all the hits the band performed as part of their 50mi livestream which was webcasted to a small live audience. There were also 10 songs that they did not perform. Some of these songs include “Keys to the Kingdom” and “Friendly Fire,” that was never played before without Bennington.
There has also been a small controversy among the Linkin Park fans in hiring Armstrong and fans feel like they are replacing Bennington. However, around 17,000 fans were expressing their approval of her joining the band with roars.
The tour will be a short one and they will continue with one more U.S show at New York’s Barclays Center on the September 16th.
